Knowledge with action is the basis of human welfare, provided that it upgrades human qualities and facilities as well as professional skills. Such knowledge is the right as well as an obligation of every human being which should be provided through a system of universal education. Besides, a nation's identity should be reflected in its education system. Based on this philosophy, Queens University's mission is to disseminate knowledge in an ethic-human approach reflecting identity of our nation with its heritage, values and principles.
In Bangladesh, huge number education seekers cannot avail higher education because of lacking of opportunities in the public universities. The Queens University is also aimed to cope with the pressure of excess students, those are intended to educate in the under and post –graduate courses. Since inception of this university, the vision has yet been achieved. But the university authority is very much concerned in achieving the targeted vision and in this regard, effective measures are being taken continuously.
